Vitamin D
Hello
I wonder if anybody here knows Dr. Rosedale stance on Vitamin D.
My assumption is that he likes it in a moderate amount and likes its anti-cancer properties. On the other, he afraid of its increased calcium absorption and raising the risk for artery calcification.
On the third note, maybe he does support a higher intake of vitamin D if accompanied by vitamin K2 intake. This way we can have the all the good stuff with minimal risks. Yet, he always surprises me and maybe even vitamin K2 won't completely removes the cardiovascular & high calcium risks of high vitamin D.

Dr. Rosedale is aware that many are deficient in Vitamin D but, I am not aware of any comments he has made where he has spoken in detail about this deficiency.
He is writing new material, perhaps he will address this in it. If you have not already signed up to receive updates in his ongoing work you can do so here: News Sign Up
