I just finished reading your book, and noted that it lists two starchy products that are not on your website. Is Julian Bakery, "Manna From Heaven" bread, and La Tortilla Factory Tortilla's ok to add to diet or not? Thank you.

I don't think Julian Bakery, "Manna From Heaven" bread is made any more, but not sure. As far as La Tortilla Factory Tortilla's, the main thing to check on these type of items are: total carb minus the fiber content.

    • Some folks, like myself and others just do without any type of bread or tortillas. To many changes in company products to make a recommendation - it would be entirely up to you.

    • Book and Website info does need some updating. There are updates being considered for website.

    You are welcome Angela.

I have heard of others making bread from almond flour if that would be of any help. At one time I considered giving it a try but never did.

Thank you for your interest in Dr. Ron's work - wishing you the best of health.
