I am currently stable and hoping to finish a course of ATD's and then go into remission. And therefore avoiding RAI. How will the Rosedale diet affect an over-active thyroid>

Thanks Ken, but I am trying to raise my TSH which is why I am concerned. Before I got back on the meds it was <0.01. Managed to have it around 0.1 or 0.2 for a while. I will need to consider my options here. I was hoping for balance. That is maintain my levels and then reduce my dependency on my medications.

I believe more detailed information would require Dr. Rosedale to exam you, however, he has closed his private practice and not doing any consulting. He is devoting his time to conducting seminars globally - teaching his science, plus he is writing more material and heavy into research.

Thank you for our interest in Dr. Ron's work and we do wish you the best of health.
