I know that you need to measure protein grams for meat, fish, nuts, cheese etc... but do we count vegetable protein grams as well? I ate a piece of white fish the size of a deck of cards (15g protein) plus a cup of spinach as well as other veggies. That put me over about 20 g for one meal. Would that still activate the Mtor pathway and convert the extra protein into sugar?
