Dr. Rosedale recommended daily carbohydrate intake grams

Could I get an idea of total daily grams of fibrous carbohydrates are allowed?
Thank you!

    There isn't any - fibrous carbs are good.

    • There are some folks that eat around 3g - 5g, then there are those that eat 15g - 20g.

    Depending on the season, there are days that I don't eat any.
