Hello all, I did the Rosedale diet for a while last year and experienced a great success with it. And now, I just got back to it, but I'm also starting a treatment where the medecine contains Isotrétinoïne as an active agent. It is used to treat acne but it is known to raise blood sugar, chloesterol and triglycerides levels. Last time I was on the diet I experienced an increase in cholesterol, this is why I'd like to know how should I manage my diet to avoid significant raises in cholesterol (as well as triglyceride) while taking the medecine? And also would the fact that it raises blood sugar hinder my progress?

Did Dr. Ron's diet cause you any acne problems?

Have you considered the below approach

    Coconut Oil and Acne

    Avacoda Oil and Acne

    • You mention cholesterol: Depending on what and amount you eat, there could be an increase in cholesterol on Dr. Ron's diet,   however, read this info
