On the Rosedale Health Plan PDF, hard cheese, soft full fat cheese and curd/cottage cheese are all listed under the 'Foods Allowed Daily' category. But on other places in the website it says to limit or barely eat these. I'd really like to have full-fat cheese as an option but is it actually allowed on the Health Plan?
