    Hi Ragaa

In the Rosedale Book you will find recommended food – this will cover a 4 year old as well.

Just eliminate the food that he/she has allergies/sensitivities to. The Rosedale Diet seeks to normalize these types of problems.

This is a low carb – moderate protein – high fat approach.
Just follow the recommendations that are outlined
in his Book and make adjustments that would be suitable
    for the age you mention.
    • Important, eliminate starchy non fiber carbohydrates.

    • Any food that is not fiber will turn to sugar and sugar is not good for anyone, not just the diabetic.

    • No juices, cereal, milk, soda, etc.

    • The hypothyroid problem will be benefited as well.

The Rosedale Diet can and does help every individual, no matter the age.

The main thing is getting started

Follow the recommendations by Dr. Ron in his book and make adjustments appropriate for a 4 year old.

Dr. Ron has closed his practice and isn't doing any consulting or taking on any patients. His time these days are spent, teaching his science to others, conducting seminars globally, heavy into research and doing some writing.

His diet has proven itself to thousands over the years and you will find it to be also.

    • Can not give a definite time that improvements will take place, it is an individual thing.
