Dear Rosedale Team,
i'm wondering when we are alloud to eat the crackers. After the three weeks or from the beginning?
Thanks for your nice work.
Greetings from Austria,
Paz

Hi Paz
According to the below image the Wasa Crackers would be considered too much sugar, so they shouldn't be eaten at any time.
How did you come to know about the Rosedale Diet?
Thank you for visiting.

Hi Ken,
sorry, I should have been more precise. I meant the "Wasa rye crackers" that in the " Rosedale rules" are as allowed food.
I found a really low carb version
Carbs 4,3
Fiber 2,9
but still i'm not sure if they are too much for the first three weeks.
A friend recomended me the diet because I'm suffering carbs/sugar cravings.
Thanks for you help!
Paz

Hi Paz
It appears to be same amount of carbohydrates for rye as well - see image below.

Paz
This can happen when one is converting over to a fat burner. Good fats can help. It can be worked through so hang in there.
Also, could you convert information on the image you posted into English (total carb and fiber)

Hi
I am sorry but I do not understand the 3 and 9, what do they represent ;-)
4 --> 3
or
2 --> 9

Paz
That would be roughly 1.4g of carbohydrate converting to sugar, which is good - unless you eat a lot of them, example: 6 crackers would be 8.4g of carb converting to sugar. That is a bit much, "for me anyway".
