(Q) I am using the Rosedale diet but I feel cold a good part of the day. I am not hungry or tired but my hands and body always feel cold. Do you have any suggestions. Is this my body still adjusting ?

(A) Your body will adjust. When you are burning sugar as your primary fuel, imagine your car for example, it will burn hotter. Now you are burning fat, you will run cooler, more efficient, like running your car on fat/oil it will last longer.
