I m wondering if Dr Rosdale s diet & supplementation may make a difference/ help me?
I have chronic kidney disease stage 3
I am unable to take statin drugs nor BP meds because the side effects are much worse than the actual problem, they would literally put me in bed with very strong palpitations, dizziness, migraine, chest pain, extreme fatigue, arm, shoulders gets numb...Just awful.
All my issues started with perimenopause at age 40, now I m 45

I m naturally a bit underweight by regular standards, (Weight 105- Height 156)
I eat well not much meat, only lean meat, a lot of veggies, nuts, fruits, not much sweets....
I use flax seed oil instead of butter....yet my BP is still erratic, some days 185 , others 145 my triglycerides & cholesterol are very high.

Blood Pressure Medication used in the past

Lisinopril
Hydrochlorothiazide
Amlodipine Besylate

pounding heartbeats or fluttering in my chest
