Baby food / young children diet plan
Dear Dr Rosedale,
I have been reading your website, your blog and I will soon start your book "The Rosedale diet". I suppose the sooner we start with good food the better it is for our future. What are your suggestions with regards to baby food and food for young children? Should they eat according to the same diet : no sugar, no or little starch etc..
Have you maybe written an article about this topic?
Many thanks in advance as this is a very important point for me, as well as for many others I imagine.

So sorry that Dr. Ron was not able to respond. However, I often saw him around his sisters grandchildren who at the time were just a few months old and 3 or 4. I have to agree it is hard, how easy to throw some fishes in a bag for finger food in the car - but Dr. Ron eat time would just be pretty clear that it is not helping the child develop. Kids do really well on the program, we see them often maybe eating more fruit then we would, but if you can adapt and make easy food that fit with the diet would be great. In fact he was going to create a baby food with a friend in NYC as they also ran into the same issue finding baby foods. Hope all is going well, and thank you for the question.
