Hello,
I am Slovene and 30 years old. I would like to try this method, diet but I have some questions. I need to loose a lot of weight. I have tried many nutritionist since I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2, 6 months ago and little after that I was found to have the Hashymoto thyroiditis but with hormonal levels still normal except cortisol which is constantly high since I was 12. They made me lots of exams and said it was just caused by stress. Anyway, when I started a diet with a nutrition, my meals were about 60% of carbo and many of them complex whole grain carbo. I also have high blood preassure since I was 20 so I am on medication for this and for diabetes type 2, too. After that they found I also have some fatty liver and I should be on low fat diet. That's why I just wanted to be assured that too much fat (even if it is the good one) could not make my situation worse. I am quite stressed by weighing everything I eat so this would be great. I have already calculated the proteins including proteins of nuts etc. and it's more or less as I am eating now so not such a big deal. I am a bit confused on what I can eat for breakfast since I should avoid fruits and similiar and I don't tolerate lactose.
Besides, I was searching for the supplements you recommend but are very hard to find in Europe and the shipping fees are extremely expensive. If only there could be a place to order everything, it would be easier.
I have order your book and it's on the way so I am searching for more information. I believe that I can do it since after 3 month of diet with carbo complex, my blood sugar was completely normal. After a diet with no carbo like that, perhaps I will really not need medications anymore.
Anyway, thanks in advance for all the informations,
best regards,

Klementina

    Klementina,

We are so excited for you to get the book, and to follow the program. At minimum try to get magnesium, potassium and a good fish oil preferably stored in a glass bottle. You will see great results!

    Hi Fiona,

I have read about other supplements. Should I take all of them? I am not so sure to find them all. Some of them I am not even sure that would be fine for me since I have the cortisol already high. Taking potassium and magnessium I had some cramps that disappeared when I quit taking them. Should I take a lower dosage? Will there be available dr. Rosedale line supplement?

I cannot find turkey sausages here as we have only turkey hotdog (wurstel) neither the Mann from Heaven bread. I use Wasa crackers instead.

Will there be soon available a new book of dr. Rosedale and will there be any news?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Klementina
