Hey Grettings from Luxembourg Europe i lost all faith in the Dokters over
here thats why i got me Ron's Book i belive in you ,do you have any advice
for me to start i Need to lose 13 kg ,i was never overwait but now i am
flubby and fat and nobody taking me serious i the last for years i put this
wait on in a very short time ,i age't very quick got pain evrerywhere lost
lots of my hair but everybody tell me i am fine ,oh and not to Forget i do
work out till i turn blue with no result,please help me ,Patricia

Hi Patricia,
Just follow the book an you will do GREAT! Take at minimum magnesium and potassium and if you can fish oil from a glass bottle. It works, and once you get used to what you can eat and not eat it becomes so easy as the cravings will stop as well. As far as excise, no need to work so hard, just do 15 minutes about 5 times a week and you will be good to go.

Hey Fiona i follow the Supplement plan plus after my 3 weeks i keept going
because i want to lose more now it has been 67 weeks i only lost 6 Pounds
and it is stuck for the last 2 weeks ,the supplements i thake are vit C
500mg,vit E 400mg,lipoic acid,biotin,magnesium 400mg,cromium
picolinate,omega 3 ,L-glutamine,what am i doing wrong [?]

and i forgot my Skin feels all wabbely it look like on an old woman i am 48

I am not a doctor, but your comment about your skin is probably for sure a hormone issue. If you are on the pill etc, or have a hormone imbalance it will cause this layer of wobbly skin even on those that work out like mad hours a day. Also, too much protein will top your fat loss. I am really good at counting my protein and I was shocked at how far off I was while checking out the www.myfitnesspal.com - I measured and counted just for a few days, and when I thought I was eating only 55-65 grams of protein a day, I was actually having way over 100! You should add a good fish oil as well as that is a great fat burner, carlsens is the freshest we have found, in a glass bottle. Also make sure you are having enough fat, make sure you are not being fat phobic!

Hey Fiona go ahead to make it public ,and i am not on the pill no more for
the last 4 years been to a Hormone specialist ho works after the sistem
from Dr.Platt in the States ,thanks for your answer ,wish somebody could
help me with my Skin ,what about vanulin some People say it is dangerous ?
