Eating for your Blood type
I believe and understand the low carb, no grain eating plan,
however, I have also come across the Eating for your Blood type.
Can Dr. Rosedale shed any other scientific data that supports this
or not?
For example-- as much as I love avocado, it is not beneficial for
my blood type, but highly recommended with the Rosedale plan. Also,
coconut, and coconut oil.
I did find the blood typing eating plan while searching for some
info and help for my husband who has been diagnosed with Meniere's
disease.
Now, too confused and not sure which way to go here for
longevity

There are so many many confusing ideas out there. I have found that Dr. Ron's is really steeped in the most amount of solid science, so when you get two scientists together and they hash out these diets.. Dr. Ron's always is left with the right answers. He gets asked about the blood type diet often and I could give you a really long answer, but in short, just stick with high fat, moderate protein, very low carb, good oils and you will be doing the best for your body and have the anti aging effects, meaning on a cellular level where you want it. Then enjoy life and the avocados!
