How much (if any) grass fed beef can I eat during the first three weeks since the guidelines only say beef?

Also since I saw Dr. Rosedale as a patient in 2001, I'm curious, does he still see patients?

    How's it going Richard ....

    You asked the following:

Also since I saw Dr. Rosedale as a patient in 2001, I'm curious, does he still see patients?

    My 2cents:

    • Beef is beef, it's just that grass-fed beef is better than grain-fed beef (I wouldn't eat any amount for at least 5 or 6 wks) then only rarely after that. Remember the about size of a deck of cards rule that is expressed = 15grams of protein

If my understanding is correct and nothing hasn't changed in the last few weeks, Dr. Ron isn't taking on any patients at the moment — he is very busy doing research, plus (writing 3 books, I believe it was said) and trying to get a new product line on the move.
