I happened to an endocrinologist (I live in Poland), said that it is insulin resistance and hyperinsulinism and androgenic team.
decreed Metformax 1/2 tablets 2 times a day.
This is supposed to lower the insulin, because it causes Apparently sugar drops. I eat it for 2 weeks.
I still have low sugars, worst of all, the bad I feel, is not so fukcjonowac.
I eat vegetables with a low glycemic index, eggs, poultry and fish.
I do not know what I can eat, what not.

Hi Carolina,
We would love to help you but we cannot treat a person over this help line. What I can say if that following the diet will bring your blood sugars in to more control verses these highs and lows. You cannot follow the glycemic index as often some foods that might be filled with fructose will register different but still play havoc with your blood sugars. You can get an ebook of the Rosedale Diet which will explain everything you need to do and then at a minimum take magnesium, potassium and fish oil supplements. The fish oil must be stored in a glass bottle when you buy it, never buy fish oil that is sold in a plastic bottle. Metformin is the only diabetic drug that Dr. Ron also allows his patients to take when needed. Follow Dr. Ron's diet, you will see very quickly - it works.

Carlina, you are a very classic hypoglycemia induced by hyperinsulinemia. In other words, you eat and it runs your insulin high longer than it takes your blood sugar to come down, driving your blood sugar even lower. The treatment for this is to prevent the insulin from going high and that would be through our higher fat very low carbohydrate diet...

On our website there are links to get the book or the ebook.. the second picture (of the ipad) is where you can get an ebook (you do not need to have an ipad ;-). http://www.drrosedale.com/products.htm#axzz2LNsywFhp
Also you can find many questions and answers on this help line. Plus our blog www.drrosedale.com/blog and also you can go on to the yahoo community where you will have to sign up but there are about 450 members that all talk and support people on the Rosedale diet, so to yahoo communities and type in 'Rosedalediet'. Lots of information here about what to eat http://www.drrosedale.com/healthplan.htm#axzz2LNsywFhp.
Basically, high fat, very low carbohydrates, moderate protein. No fruits, no bread, no pasta, no potatoes. Good will be, salads, veggies, chicken, fish, eggs, avocados, olives, olive oil, butter, ghee, coconut oil, coconut meat, nuts (not peanuts).
Also your message is marked private, if we make it public then there are several other Rosedale professionals that can also give you some answers and support, and others reading your question can learn as well. do you mind if we make it public, while always maintaining your email as private?

Thank you for your answers :-). I eat it for some time: vegetables (any with a high glycemic index), fish, poultry, eggs, cashew nuts, almonds, is that ok?
Despite this, I feel terribly bad. I had Lyme disease last year and I do not know whether she came back or it may Candida. Do I have to swallow Metformax ?.
Today I learned that my score is 16.9 d3 little low.
Thanks :-)

It is hard for us to know for sure what is really going on, without really looking at all of the history and labs and taking a full history which Dr. Ron just cannot do at this time. The gut does play a big roll in causing many issues that might appear to not be related but often are. If you have a history of taking a lot of antibiotics etc then that might be a place to look in to. Cashews; you want to not just take handfuls of them as they are higher in sugars.. so mix it up a little.. 1 for every 8 or so of almonds. Veggies, not any of the root ones like potatoes, carrots, beets, yams, etc. Stick to the cauliflowers, lettuce, spinach, leaks, etc.
