Hi! Are these still OK to eat on the Rosedale Diet? If so, how often. I saw them listed in the book but not Dr. R's website. Thanks!! Leslie

And yet another question. I make raw chocolate with raw cacao, coconut oil, Lakanto (erythritol and Japanese Lakanto plant--zero glycemic), and almond milk. Is this Kosher on the Rosedale Diet? Thanks so much for your feedback.

    Hi Leslie,
I would say yes to all within moderation. The manna from heaven has great ingredients but like most labels we have been receiving feedback that their protein and carbohydrate counts might be off from what is disclosed. If you are diabetic see how it is with your sugars by measuring your sugars after. Also have during the day verses at night so you have chance of burning off the sugars. The la tortilla have changed their ingredients, they also have another low carb version, so just check the label and get the lowest net carb version they have, should be around 5 net carbs per slice or half of the bigger one. The raw chocolate sounds good, some almond milk can be quite high on the net sugars so again pick carefully but the other ingredients look great!
