Kim Williamson former patient 58 yo
Dr. Rosedale and Staff,
I forgot to ask 2 more questions that if you want to reply in a blog is fine with me.
1. Brian Peskin, (brianpeskin dot com) warns on his website about fish oil being rancid and not to take it. He also has much to say about ratios between Omega 3,6, and 9’s. Just thought you might want to look at his website and see if any of his research is valid
2. Somewhere I recall reading an article about eating avocados reduces insulin production. Because I already have very low if any insulin production, and so much of your eating plan includes avocados (which I love), I am hesitant to eat a lot of avocados. What do you know of effects of avocados on insulin production?
Many thanks to you all for your web content and this service via email.
Kindest Regards,
Kim

Fish oil. Almost all fish oil that is stored in a plastic bottle will be rancid. Fish oil stored in a glass bottle and flushed with nitrogen will be fresh and thus great to take. Carlsens have one and we will also be launching our line as well where major special care and attention is given to this very practice. You do not need to take extra omega 6's as you get so many from so much already.

Fiona
thank you for your thoughtful answers. Yes, please use any of my Q&A to you
on your discussion boards. I am very excited you are helping Dr. Rosedale.
I would like to know if you need any part-time help. I would have to work
from here in TX, so let me know.

Thank you Kim. I will keep you in mind, right now we are doing ok. We do however have a massive following there in Texas so I hope we will be able to possible put on a small conference there so would need some help of some locals to help pull that together.
