Refined oils

Hello. Could I get some recommendations for some good avocado and almond oil brands? I was considering the brand Spectrum, but the oils are refined. Also, does the refining of such oils make them unhealthy?

   if they extract the oil using high heat and high pressure then it would adversely effect the unsaturated fats in the nuts in this case cold pressing is best. Thanks Ken for the links ;-).
