Oxalates in greens

I'd like to add some green smoothies to my diet but I keep reading about oxalates in chard, kale, spinach, and collards that can reportedly cause anything from kidney stones to dandruff. Is there anything wrong with eating 2-3 leaves of raw greens per day, mixed with a small apple, juice from a lemon, and an avocado? Or is this "oxalates" business just the usual internet paranoia and skewing of the data? Thanks.

Oxylates are part of a more rare form of kidney stone but whether eating oxylates effects this is relatively unknown. Certainly I would not base one's diet on this potential. On the other hand, I'm not so sure about the apple...(apple is just sugar water and some fiber).
