Dear Dr Rosedale

What is your general point of view on bio-identical hormones (BHRT) and specifically, how do they impact insulin?

I am 54 years old and have been using bio-identical hormones since I started menopause 6 years ago. I use Oestradiol gel daily, Testogel once or twice a week and Norethisterone (Utovlan) 5mg each day for the first 7 days of each calendar month. I feel and look great but I would really like to understand how these hormones align with your thinking and diet protocol.

Your book, blog, papers and videos make are truly enlightening and insightful, I greatly appreciate all I have learned from them.

Kind regards, Valerie

If used property, Dr. Ron is totally in agreement with there use. In particular he would only use estrogens transdermally.

Very good question, would you mind if we can make this question public for others to learn from as well? your email will always remain private.
