Multivitamin Dose Recommendation

In Dr. Rosedale's book, The Rosedale Diet, he states, "The usual dose for a good multivitamin and mineral supplement is two capsules, twice daily, with meals." I am little unclear as to what exactly this means. I am looking at the Twinlab Daily One Cap multivitamin. Should I follow the recommendation above? Two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner even though this is a one-a-day supplement? Thank you for any clarification you could provide.

The twin labs one is really good, and taking it once a day in the morning would be enough. Most people can take with or without food, for me taking it without food makes me feel a little nauseous.
