Dr Rosedale,

what do you think about a ketogenic meat only diet?
(Fatty grass-fed meats only with 80% of the calories from fat)

Do we really need vegetables? My body doesn't like them..

    Dear Michael,

Vegetables help for variety and to feel satiated. They have some micronutrients but for the most part they are insoluble fiber and not necessary. We would just need to make sure that you keep your protein in range for your body size, as most people on low carb gravitate towards a high protein diet that is not a good route to go.
