Dear Gordon,
I wish we could clone Dr. Ron and have him in every state! Though he used to have a practice in Asheville, it is his favorite part of the country. It is so very hard to find a doctor that operates in the same way, treating patients by getting to the root cause would seem such an elementary process.. but sadly it is not. If we do come across anyone in that region we will let you know. Jimmy Moore has a list on his website of low carb doctors, at least that is a start http://lowcarbdoctors.blogspot.in/. I think the first question I would ask is do they give their patients statin drugs, if they do.. move on to the next as they are just practicing the 'standard of care' and what you are looking for far exceeds that.
