diet question
To whom it may concern:
I have been following the diet since the end of August and have lost over 20 lbs.
If I continue on the diet, will I continue loosing weight? Or will my body stabilize at some point?
Also, I have had glaucoma for over 10 years and just had cataract surgery. Are there any supplements to help with post operative inflammation?
thank you,
Veronica Maldonado

Dear Veronica,
Your weight will balance out over time, if you feel you are losing more weight than you would like then just raise your fat in take; almonds, avocados, coconut oil, olive oil. I know there are some supplements that Dr. Ron recommends for specific situations but he is traveling at this moment. The diet first and foremost helps incredibly with inflammation, also taking fish oil though please make sure the fish oil is in a glass bottle otherwise it will more likely be rancid.
It is a very good questio and would help others as well, would you mind if we make it public so others can learn? Your email will remain private.

Dr. Rosedale Support:
I started on the Rosedale Diet 6 months ago and I am leptin and insulin sensitive at this point. I am 53 years old and weigh 120 lbs.
I have lost all the weight I needed to lose and I feel great, with one exception.
I had a bone densitometry test done on the spine/hip and femurs and I while my bone mass is stable elsewhere I have continued to lose bone in my spine.
The numbers are still within the osteopenia range I still would like to help my body reverse the loss and hopefully rebuild some bone.
Living in Hong Kong it is a challenge to find vitamin K in liquid form. Any reputable vitamin K company you can recommend?
What is the difference between K1 and K2 and which one do I need?
Thanking you in advance,
Veronica Maldonado
