Greek Yogurt
Good Morning,
I've devoured your website and bought the ebook, yesterday.
Can we eat Greek Yogurt, plain, zero fat or 2%, or full fat? During the
1st three weeks? at all?
For breakfast, I often have the plain Greek yogurt (0 or 2%), with
cinnamon, strawberries, chopped walnuts and seeds (pumpkin & sunflower).
Is any of this allowed during the first 3 weeks, after the first three
weeks?
Thanks,
Donna

Dear Donna,
Go with the 2% just for the first 2 weeks as your body learns to burn fat and then switch to full fat or even full fat sour cream, Nancy's has a great one. Forego the the fruit for the first month while you body is learning not to be a sugar burner and then you can introduce a cup or two of blueberries a week. Also remember we want to make sure you get enough protein, not sure what your body size is but typically around 8-15 grams of protein 3 times a day. Calculate the sugar in your yogurt as each brand if different (carbs-fiber=sugar) you should be able to keep it to at around 4 grams per serving. If it s great question, would you mind if we could make it public so others can learn? your email would always be kept private.
Best of health.

Thank you.
So, what would your perfect weight be? As far as exercise, diet is going to be 75% of it so get that portion right and you are almost there. If you can do at least 15 minutes of something, anything 5 days a week, you will really be making some headway. It might be taking a walk, are always taking the stairs instead of the elevator, speedy walk around the mall, little stretching and yoga, just 15 minutes of anything. Within a few months, if only you could see the difference in the road transition of your future, from heading towards possible pain and suffering to heading towards health and longevity. You are at a perfect age to kick this into gear before things start not going so well.
Keep up the good work, and thank you for allowing others to read and learn from you.
