Is organic coconut milk in my green tea matcha ok.?

Hi Keri,
There are many types of coconut milk, so check the label and make sure it is as low as can be on the sugars (carbs-fiber=true sugar). Though going out of your way to drink it by the pint as people do with coconut water is not so good. I am a good ole Irish girl and there was no way was I ever going to stop having milk in my tea! However, I did switch from English breakfast to a caffeine free spicy roibos and from low fat milk to organic half and half. Though milk is not anything we 'need' from a health perspective after we are weened from our mothers milk, if we are cutting out all the no fiber carbs, using all the great oils, then a little milk in our tea is all good.
