Nuts in the rosedale diet

Hello, I have been on the HCG and lost a tonne of weight. I am very scared of regaining so I am going to implement Rosedale Diet for a couple of extra pounds of weightloss as well as maintenance to keep my weight off (I'm petriefied of regaining).

However, is it possible that nuts are inflammatory for me. If I eat them (especially macadamias) it creates a raging hunger, so much so that I've continued into the whole day eating (craving fat ie. pork crackling, real fatty saturated fat). I don't go craving and overeating sugar or carbs which I don't eat I crave saturated fat..eeek... Do you know why this happens, how I can avoid or am I destined to avoid nuts as I do carbs/sweets as being a trigger food? I could happily live off nuts but scared of creating a hunger monster.

Many thanks Therese

    Dear Therese,
If you find that eating nuts drives you in to a feeding frenzy then best for you to avoid them.

    Hope you are doing well.
