Quinoa seems to be getting a lot of positive attention recently because of it's high protein content and ammo acid profile.

What is the good Dr's view on quinoa?

Dr. Ron advises against quinoa, if you look at the nutritional data it has just a little less sugar than rice, all that sugar is just not worth the goodness from any micronutrient. Though they have created a great buzz with their marketing and many vegetarians are excited about it. Diabetics BS goes right up after eating quinoa.

    Best of health.

Thanks! I thought the same after looking at the label but wanted to confirm prior to speaking against it.

Occasionally there is something that might change the rules, like blueberries for example.
