I bought his book in 2006 and I wanted to do his diet again because I went back to bad eating again. Is this still current or do i have to buy a new one?

This book is certainly valid. It contains a good scientific explanation in simple language that is stll current. We are eagerly waiting for Dr Rons new book but then that newer stuff might be about very severe disceases that wasn't included in the earlier edition. I have a 2004 edition printed in 2005 and have compared it what todays low carb advocates and Dr Ron is still correct. He has been at least 10 years ahead of his time in my opinion.

    Hi imeeyochim

I too am using (2 years now), the 2004 edition that Pingo mentions - Dr. Ron is coming out with new research material but I don't think that it will counter the foundation he has already built; I believe it will only enhance his previous work.

    • Glad you are giving Dr. Ron's Health Plan a go once again..
