Hello,

Is this diet safe for individuals who want to become pregnant? Do we have any evidence about the safety of this diet with respect to conception, ovulation, and (if one becomes pregnant) fetal health?

Thank you!

If you have read the book, you will understand the science of the body, and how it works.. be it a baby, worm, dog, the fundamental science of life is the same. We have never seen any detriments for pregnant women. Good clean healthy organic food, clean source of omega 3 (NOT capsules stored in plastic bottles). Dr. Ron gets asked this question often, and it is during this special time that how the mother eats will be passed on to the baby, eating a high sugar/carb diet will thus create the probability to be pre destined to become obese, diabetic, etc. However, the standard disclosures always apply that you must seek the help and advice from your own personal physician.
