protein frequency

I try to eat no more than 15-20gms of protein at a meal. But I also do intermittent fasting where I fast for 19 hours and have a 5 hour eating window. I've worked out my daily protein requirements at 75-80gms/day. This means I eat 15gms every hour during my window. My question is, how long should I really wait between protein servings to keep insulin from being released? Is 15gms/hour for 5 hours too fast? How long should I ideally wait between feedings (assuming there's 15-20gms protein and less than 5gms carbs per meal) to keep protein from creating an insulin response? Thank you for your time.

4 hours between protein servings would be more ideal.
