anti-depressants and supplements

I'm starting the diet today and have a question. I take anti-depressants (an SNRI and Buproprion) and Adderall. I also supplement with L-Tyrosine.

I see that the diet may impact diabetic and bp meds; should I also keep an eye on and talk to my doctor about these meds?

I'm a 41-y.o. woman, and both my depression and ADD have gotten worse in the last 2 years, plus I've developed menstrual migraines, so I suspect that there are some hormone/blood sugar issues at play, which would indicate to me that perhaps I'll be able to lower or go off meds (carefully and under medical supervision).

I'm making this question public even though it's sort of personal because maybe somebody else has similar problems.

Thanks for any insight you can provide! Can't wait to see how this goes!

Thank you so much for your message and for making it public so others can learn and also know they are not alone. The drugs you are taking and the symptoms you are having sadly many many others are following in your foot steps. Dr. Ron is traveling right now but I have your question set aside for him to answer first, as it not only helps one person.. but it will help many many more that read this post but might not have the courage as you do.

Thank you for caring for others and showing by example that together we can get to a better place a lot quicker if we all join forces.

    Best of health.
