So sorry for the delay as we were on assignment out of the country.
Gaining fat; it could be a number of things from hormones to other
imbalances. With the fat, we increase fat intake to appease ones
hunger, so try reducing that a little and only increase it if you
are feeling hungry, allowing your body to feast off the fat you
have. While our program is a high fat, moderate protein diet, does
not mean you have to add lots more fat to make it work, though
there will always be fat in the diet so don't swing the other way
and do the dreaded low fat! Glad you stopped the bars and things
and they are good for once in a while but not for a daily regime.
The next step might be to have your hormones checked and more sure
all is inline there.
