We are traveling at this moment, but in short eggs are a wonderful complete form of food. Your body needs cholesterol in the correct form. There are many papers I can direct to you that explain the myth that cholesterol is bad for you. It is only by association, not by cause, 'cholesterol does NOT cause heart disease'. Like firemen do not 'cause' the fires though they are there at every fire. Grey hair does not 'cause' you to get old. We can write more for you later, but please do not worry, eggs are a wonderful source of perfect fats, proteins and cholesterol. Dr. Rosedale is way ahead of his time, and they are teaching things now in the medical world that he was teaching 20 years ago. The cholesterol myth became very popular with the sale of statin drugs, which make trillions of dollars for the drug companies and it is the one drug that 99% of the time should not be taken, its primary purpose is for profit and not health.
Wishing you the best of health.
