bowels
I've lost ten pounds in a month on your diet and it's not hard to do! But I am having problems with slow moving bowels. My body was use to high fiber cereal every morning. I am eating a LOT of veggies and I know which ones have the most fiber but still its a problem. Any suggestions? Thanks for your time. Brenda Park

Oil. Are you taking some fish oil? the best on the market right now is the carlsons fish oil in the bottle, and also adding a little more oil to your diet like olive or coconut oil will help, things will be back to normal in no time.
