Hi - My question is about yoghurt - can I eat yoghurt on this diet (full-fat?), either Greek or regular yoghurt? (plain, no sweetener, of course)... A related question is, if so, is there a preference of type of milk, e.g., is cow's milk more or less desirable than goat's milk...?
Thanks so much - I'll watch the site, I guess, for the answer! Betsy Loving

You have to hunt around to find one lower in carbs, we always opt for sour cream, there is a great one, full fat, organic, called nancy's. Look at the labels carbs - fiber = the true sugar and keep it low. Goat milk would be better if one has sensitivities towards diary.
