My 30 year old daughter has a full blown nuts allergy- tree nuts and peanuts.
Part of the blessing of this plan for me is eating nuts. Suggestions?

Also, unsweet coconut and coconut flour and coconut oil- thoughts? I do use the oil regularly but want to know about the actual unsweet coconut and flour as part of the plan.

Thanks ever so.

Thank you Deborah for writing in. Snacking on nuts for sure makes it very easy. Almond and coconut flour is great, and also coconut flakes (unsweetened).

    Best of health.

But the problem is what do you sugest for nut allergies as this is a huge problem for my daughter and nuts are such an importqant part of the program.

If she has allergies to nuts, then she cannot eat nuts. You can make things from coconut flour, you can do a search online for low carb coconut and lots of options come up. The meals are so many choices it sounds like just the snacking items she has a slim selection. Veggies like sliced peppers with hummus dip but as far as things to keep in your purse while out and about she will need to plan a little better than the rest of us that can have nuts there. Hope this helps.

THank you.  I am trying to invent a bar with very Elizabeth friendly ingredients- I will let you know how that works.

Have you looked at the Quest bars contain only high-quality, bioavailable proteins and very low non-fiber carbs. Click here!
