Hello,
I just recently found your site and from that purchased your book...so full of great information.

I am wanting to know your take on the elimination diet and food intolerances.

I have recently been dx with celiac and Hashimoto and seem to react to what feels like most foods right now...fatigue after eating, ibs, bloating, anxiety after eating certain foods, and other weird symptoms....I have had an ige allergy test done and thank goodness all is fine as far as true anaphylactic go so these are defiantly food sensitivities. Will just following the the rosedale plan heal this or would you suggest the elimination protocol to start.

Thank you so much in advance for any help or direction.

    Hi Lisa,

The Rosedale program has helped so many in your case. However without knowing all of the details about your case, your labs, your full history it would be hard to guide you one way or the other. Though Dr. Ron would probably want to make sure you also checked your gut as well by doing a stool test and having the report correctly analysed.

Wishing you the best of health.

    Hi Fiona
Thank you for your reply. I did have a stool test run, it showed low SCFA and a2+ yeast/ fungus however not candida. Otherwise all else was fine, I also had a h pylori test, both stool, breath and blood done and all negative. Oh i also had a food intolerance test done via ALCAT and had like 50 foods show up and oddly aside from eggs, they where foods I hardly ever eat.... thyroid numbers are all still within normal range even the new lower normal range, but my antibodies are very high, so thankfully at this point it is autoimmune and has not effected my thyroid. But I do suffer as mentioned before from many digestive issues really easily, and it seems to be different foods but through trial and error I have seemed to pin point them to mostly dairy, sugar, chocolate, and carbs if I eat them in large amount will put me right to sleep...
I have tried probiotics which seem to help for a few days then actually make my ibs worse, have taken herbs, homeopathics, basically you name it over the last 4 yrs I have tried it all with no long term success.....i really need answers, I have 2 young children and want my life back.....

Thank you again, I hope this info helps advise what I should do next.
    Lisa
