Julian Bakery breads claim a net of 2 grams of carbs per slice in their breads. Total carbs =15g, fiber=13g and no sugar. Can we have this on the Rosedale diet plan?

Julian Bakery Bread is a good option, In moderation. We have heard that it raises sugar levels a little in some type I diabetics, so if you are a diabetic have a slice as a treat now and then. Also, for the first 3 weeks of the diet you will transition easier if you keep pretty strict on the diet, so have the low carb Jullian bread after that.

    Best of health.
