Coconut & MCT are great oils - it is just that
monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats from olive oil are easier
to digest for the person in the beginning days of Dr. Ron's Health
Plan. When one becomes a fat burner, approx, 3-5 weeks, switch over
to the saturated oils. One could use the saturated fats in the
beginning, although it may be a bit harder for the body to adapt.
It would really depend on the persons' ability.

You asked: How do you get enough fat for
the day?

As Dr. Ron says, "if you are hungry - eat".

My comment: I just increase the amount of oil
that I use. For instance - if I am still hungry with the intake of
6 daily tablespoons, (approx 80g) of oil, "divided up in my meals",
I ad an additional tablespoon of oil. Amount will vary with each
individual. You learn as you go what is best for
you - (example) if I know that I am going to be extra
active, I will increase mine by 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil/fat for
that day.

I think most folks believe that it will make them fat,
this is not so, I have proven it for myself - it
is something that most have been taught for decades.

I suggest that you try 2 tablespoons of oil on a small salad 3
times a day, then perhaps 3 tablespoons one meal, 2 tablespoons on
2 other small salads - which would be 7 tablespoons or (approx 94g
of fat/oil)

Dr. Ron mentions here How
much oil/fat can one eat a day?

How much oil/fat can one eat a day?

Again, there is no limit to the amount of fat you can eat. Fat
is your primary source of fuel and as such, should be your primary
intake as well. The program is designed to make you very efficient
at burning fat so you can have as much as you feel you
need.

Have a great day & hope this has been helpful...
