Colon Health
Hi Fiona: I was reading up on Colon Health and it said that the colon need to be slightly acidic for the good bacteria to flourish. They also stated that a diet consist of vegetables assist in that acidic state rather than meat/dairy state. Can you ask Dr. Rosedale to comment on this since i am trying my best to repopulate my good bacteria due to candida overgrowth. i am doing Dr. Rosedale diet 100% and seeing very good results but am not sure what food keep the colon acidic and how to repopulate good bacteria since they said that the stomach acid kill out all the good bacteria so the Probiotics does not get to where it is need most. Your comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

The stomach kills some of the good bateria but not all of them. A good sour cream like nancy's organic sour cream is a good start and taking a good probiotic. Sugars are what feed the candida so they diet will heal tremendously.
Keep up the good work.
Best of health.
