Crackers, humm there are some great options out there. Not sure what country you are in but if you are in the USA trader Joe's has some wonderful choices. Just always check the label, carbs - fiber = the real sugar. We try to have that number be at least 2-3 per larger cracker. Some at trader Joe's have it measured per 16 crackers, so 5-6 crackers works great with a little cream cheese or guacamole. Know yourself though, for me I had to be several months on the program to be able to stop at just 5-6 little crackers as a treat. The same with chocolate and stopping at just one or two squares of ultra dark chocolate ;-).
