Calcium supplementation

Can one reverse the damage done after years of Calcium supplementation? How?

    The excess ionic calcium will be replaced fairly quickly in a matter of a couple of weeks when following the diet and recommended supplement program. The mineralized calcium in the wrong places will take much longer.
