Oils
Hi Fiona: Thanks for all your assistance and response. I have a question regarding oils. I was told by a Doctor that all oils oxidize and there fore causes more harm in the body than good, this include coconut oil and olive oil. He suggested the only oil to use is lard, ghee and butter. Can you please ask Dr. Ron to comment on this. Many thanks for your response.

Dear Jen,
If you can burn the fat, that is also oxidizing them, then it is not a concern. However, short of that coconut oil has among the highest percentage of saturated, least oxidizable fatty acids that are also shorter chain and therefore easy to burn. Coconut oil is similar to ghee in that regard only superior. Olive oil is more oxidizable than say butter. We use olive oil on salads and things.
Best of health.
