or veggies in general are hard to digest. Smaller portions may
help. I don't do well with lots of fiber. Can you get avocados?
Very filling and easy to digest. I eat small chopped salads with
avocado chunks and Evoo with some protein mixed in. Too many

overnight then oven dried may help with your gastric. Do get the
