Dr. R's thoughts on other Julian bread, such as Smart Carb?
I know that Dr. Rosedale has been busy with his new research/book. I was hoping to find out whether the Smart Carb breads from Julian Bakery are "kosher" for his diet. I eat the Manna from Heaven currently. Testimonials from diabetics and low-carbers on the Julian site praise the Smart Carb bread. Is it okay?

Dr. Ron has checked out the mana from heaven several years ago and felt very confident. However, for his diabetics, he always has them try it out and then measure their blood sugar an hour or so later, a type I for example might react too much to it still. This bakery does take great care in their breads, we have not tried out their other breads yet on diabetics and have them test their sugars after, we had only done this with mana from heaven one which at that time seemed the best option. You also do not have to be diabetic to test your sugars!
