Good day

I have undergone a pituitary tumor removal surgery on 10th Dec 2017 and
after one week did an MRI, the report showing some residuals remains. I
am following LCHF but not strict and probably high in protein, i have
seen some youtube videos that you insist in limiting protein and talked
about mTOR Would you recommend a keto diet low or high in protein for me
to prevent regrowth of the tumor

Regards

HAJ

Dr. Rosedale's Diet is one of "Moderate Protein" however, the amount may not be the same for each individual. Dr. Rosedale is in the process of completing the writing of new material, a portion of that writing from what I gather, concerns mTor. There may be information which will give more insight into the amount of protein.

    • One can be too low in protein and become malnourished, which of course is not good. You can SIGN UP to be notified when Dr. Rosedale's new material will be available.

I had a bilateral adrenalectomy. I sent an E-Mail to Dr. Rosedale asking if I should do anything different. My body cannot produce cortisol. It may be similar to your circumstances.
