I checked out the nutritional data and it looks good, just 2 net carbs. Eggs are great, best to eat them hardboilded, poached, and if you fry them try not have the heat too high, the cholesterol in an eye is very good for you, but can also oxidize if fried on to high a heat.

Of the crispy bread, the one you sent me the label? of that one 2-4 or so a day. I found a nice lowcarb bread that has 4 net carbs and I have 1-2 slices a day sometimes.

You could have 2-4 of these a day, but there is no nutritional value to them, it is more like a treat if you feel you need it to maintain the diet. So don't eat them thinking you are doing 'good' as there is nothing really good added, they are just not that bad. Does that make sense? Also, if you are really craving something, i would much rather you cheat on those, then fall of the wagon and go for a sugary bar or cake!

Many of us have had a life of cereals and toast for breakfast, so this 'habit' is a little engrained! You can do a simple search for low carb breakfast, and substitue where it might say 'low fat' for a higher fat option, or the yahoo group that I mentioned are amazing, if you post that question there you will have about 10 great answers back. Just make sure you do get some protein in there, eggs with a little salmon is great, or just eggs are easy.
